Pilates is a full-body exercise system that emphasises core stability, body alignment and awareness. With the help of our qualified instructors, clients perform strength, flexibility and range of motion exercises on specially designed equipment. Pilates may be performed by people of any age or fitness level in order to improve flexibility, range of motion and core strength. We offer both group classes for the experienced Pilates enthusiast or one on one classes tailored to your pace and needs. All of our classes are run by qualified Physiotherapists.

Pilates classes are available at all of our clinics and attract private health rebates.
