Integrated Health Camberwell is located in the eastern region of Camberwell, near the Surrey Hills border and has been providing Physiotherapy services since 2003 to the local community of Camberwell, Surrey Hills, Canterbury, Mont Albert, Balwyn, Hawthorn East,Wattle Park, Glen Iris, Ashburton, Burwood and Box Hill.
Formally Stronglife Physiotherapy, Integrated Health Camberwell provides Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates services and conduct Pilates, Hydrotherapy and Strength Classes. Our experienced therapists provide one on one consultations in our fully equipped rooms to ensure excellent assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of your injury.
To complement our Physiotherapy services, we have recently commenced additional Pilates Classes, including a beginners and teens Pilates classes to meet the growing demands of clients with back pain, neck pain, postural conditions and poor flexibility core strength. In today’s increasing sedentary society of people in the workforce or studying utilising computers, we are seeing an increase of spinal problems throughout all age groups.
Our Physiotherapists work closely with nearby employers, sporting clubs, doctors, specialists, allied health professionals and surgeons to provide the best possible treatment.

Physiotherapy
Our main focus is on Physiotherapy, which is why we offer physio at all seven of our Melbourne locations. Our Physiotherapists are also well versed in the treatment of patients with neurological problems and breathing difficulties such as Asthma.
Pilates
Pilates is a full-body exercise system that emphasises core stability, body alignment and awareness. We offer both group classes for the experienced Pilates enthusiast & one-on-one classes tailored to your pace and needs.
Strength Training
Strength Training classes are designed specifically for people over the age of 50. This program is based on proven research and can improve your strength, mobility and balance, maintain and improve bone density, and help you to better manage diabetes & arthritic joints.

Craig Lowe
PhysiotherapistCraig has worked extensively in private practice with a strong emphasis on sports Physiotherapy. Craig's own strong sporting background, competing and coaching in Taekwondo and athletics has resulted in Craig developing special interests in injuries of the pelvis and lower limbs that commonly afflict running and kicking athletes.
David Montgomery
PhysiotherapistDavid graduated from La Trobe University in 2004. Since then he has worked in the public hospital system and private practice in Victoria as well as spending the past 2 years working in Europe. Having played lots of sport over the years, David has an interest in sports related injuries and is working closely with local football clubs. He also has an interest in shoulder injuries and dry needling. David runs weekly Hydrotherapy and Pilates classes.
ClinicsHelen Boursinos
PhysiotherapistHelen is an experienced musculoskeletal, sports and spinal physiotherapist and has worked extensively in the acute sector, private practice and community health settings. Helen is particularly interested in post-natal health and spinal rehabilitation. Helen is fluent in the Greek language.
Laura Carlson
PhysiotherapistBefore joining the team at Integrated Health Camberwell, Laura worked in sports physiotherapy clinics. She has a keen interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy and enjoys clinical pilates. Laura uses a diverse range of techniques for treatments including dry needling, manual therapy skills, soft tissue therapy, exercise prescription and clinical pilates. She has a background in basketball, netball and works closely with some EFL football clubs.
Lily Liu
PhysiotherapistLily is a hands-on physiotherapist who utilises manual therapy, soft tissue therapy, dry needling, exercise prescription and clinical pilates to treat her patients. She has worked with football teams at the VFL and amateur levels. Lily is particularly interested in sports and musculoskeletal (including spinal rehabilitation) physiotherapy. Lily speaks fluent Mandarin (Chinese).
