Integrated Health Carrum Downs is located centrally in Carrum Downs and has been providing Physiotherapy services since 1997 to the local community of Carrum Downs, Carrum, Skye, Seaford, Lyndhurst, Cranbourne, Langwarrinn and Frankston.
Formally Carrum Downs Sports and Spinal, Integrated Health Carrum Downs provides Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, Podiatry, Myotherapy and Dietitics services and conduct Pilates and Hydrotherapy classes. Our experienced therapists provide one on one consultations in our fully equipped rooms to ensure excellent assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of your injury
To complement our Physiotherapy services, we have recently commenced an evening Hydrotherapy class to meet the growing demands of workers, post surgical clients and athletes to enhance their treatment to provide effective return to work, life and sport rehabilitation. Our morning and evening Pilates classes are suitable for people with back and neck pain as well as pre and post pregnancy.
Our Physiotherapists work closely with nearby employers, sporting clubs, doctors, specialists, allied health professionals and surgeons to provide the best possible treatment.

Hydrotherapy is the union of aquatic exercises and physiotherapy. It is a therapeutic approach that uses aquatic exercises designed to aid in the rehabilitation of various conditions. Hydrotherapy can be useful in isolation or as part of physiotherapy management
Accredited Practising Dietitians (APD’s) are recognised professionals with the qualifications and skills to provide expert nutrition and dietary advice. Integrated Health’s APD’s are qualified to advise individuals & groups on nutrition related matters.
John’s particular area of strength is the treatment of acute back pain. Being a keen golfer, John has established a Golf Conditioning Program and is confident he can improve your game, no matter what your current handicap.
Jenna has completed a bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at Deakin University. She has had experience in a variety of fields including hospitals, clinics and private practice. Jenna is passionate about working with people to assist them in meeting their nutritional goals. Jenna has a special interest in diabetes, weight management and gastrointestinal disorders such as coeliac disease and irritable bowel syndrome.
Scarlett completed an honours year in Podiatry, researching the value of comfortable foot orthotics. She has an interest in a number of aspects in Podiatry, including diabetes and biomechanics. When not tending to feet, Scarlett enjoys playing indoor soccer, camping and walking the dog.
Stephen has come to Podiatry after serving in the Royal Australian Navy. Whilst studying his degree, he also worked as a Disability Support Worker and is passionate about keeping people active and maximising their opportunities. He lives with his wife and 3 children in the Frankston area and enjoys sailing and mountain biking.
Sri is a graduate of the University of Melbourne and has an interest in sports and musculoskeletal injuries and has worked alongside the Indian Cricket Team. Sri is experienced in Maitland and Mckenzie treatments and has a particular interest in shoulder, hip and knee injuries. Sri has a passion for educating his patients in ways to prevent further injuries.
Luke is a graduate of the University of Melbourne. After gaining valuable experiences working with triathletes overseas and VFL footballers locally, he is particularly interested in sports and musculoskeletal injuries. Luke’s expertise lies in the management of lower limb injuries. He runs regular hydrotherapy classes and is qualified in dry needling.
