Integrated Health Clayton is located on Monash University Clayton campus, and has been providing Physiotherapy services since 2004 to the local community of Clayton, Clayton South, Oakleigh, Huntingdale, Mulgrave and Wheelers Hill
Integrated Health Clayton provides Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates services and conduct Pilates and Hydrotherapy classes. Our experienced therapists provide one on one consultations in our fully equipped rooms to ensure excellent assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of your injury
To complement our Physiotherapy services, we have recently commenced additional Pilates classes to meet the growing demands of clients with back and neck pain, postural conditions, poor flexibility and core strength. In today’s increasing sedentary society of people in the workforce or studying utilising computers, we are seeing an increase of spinal problems throughout all age groups.
Our Physiotherapists work closely with nearby employers, sporting clubs, doctors, specialists, allied health professionals and surgeons to provide the best possible treatment.
Our main focus is on Physiotherapy, which is why we offer physio at all nine of our Melbourne locations. Our Physiotherapists are well trained to assess and treat any muscle and joint condition including back pain, neck pain, sport and work injuries.
Pilates is a full-body exercise system that emphasises core stability, body alignment and awareness. We offer both group classes for the experienced Pilates enthusiast & one-on-one classes tailored to your pace and needs.
Podiatry, is another medical field which we strongly focus on and we offer our podiatry services at four of our clinics. Our Melbourne podiatrists are expert health professionals who assess, diagnose and treat feet and foot related problems.
Hydrotherapy is the union of aquatic exercises and physiotherapy. It is a therapeutic approach that uses aquatic exercises designed to aid in the rehabilitation of various conditions. Hydrotherapy can be useful in isolation or as part of physiotherapy management
Jane is experienced in the use of real-time ultrasound to assess core stability and pelvic floor muscles. Jane has a keen interest in spinal rehabilitation in conjunction with Clinical Pilates.
Mark has been working in private practice since 2010. He enjoys rehabilitating the variety of presentations unique to the Monash community; from sporting injuries to academic staff and students with postural pain. Mark also enjoys spending his ‘free time’ working as the head Physiotherapist for Oakleigh Chargers Football Club.
Ryan graduated from La Trobe and has had experience working with institute athletes both interstate and overseas. His interests in Podiatry are sports podiatry, biomechanics and paediatrics. He is a keen triathlete and cricketer and is passionate about helping his clients achieve their goals.
Sri is a graduate of the University of Melbourne and has an interest in sports and musculoskeletal injuries and has worked alongside the Indian Cricket Team. Sri is experienced in Maitland and Mckenzie treatments and has a particular interest in shoulder, hip and knee injuries. Sri has a passion for educating his patients in ways to prevent further injuries.
Preceeding his post graduate Physiotherapy qualification from the University of Melbourne, Shlomy completed a degree in Exercise Science with Honors in strength training and motor control from Victoria University.
Shlomy has a strong background in Strength and Conditioning and Personal Training having worked with several sporting clubs and gym’s training both amatuer and elite level athletes including involvement with the Melbourne Victory Soccer Team.
Shlomy has a keen interest in the management of Sporting Injuries focusing on optimisiing return to function and sport. Shlomy is also experienced in performing biomechanical and motor control assessments to obtain the best outcomes for his patients.
After relocating from rural New South Wales, Luke graduated from his post graduate Physiotherapy degree at the University of Melbourne following an undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Science.
Luke has a keen interest in sporting injuries, with a particular interest in lower limb biomechanics and runs pilates and hydrotherapy classes across the Monash – Clayton, Narre Warren and Glen Waverley clinics.
He also has a particular passion for Indigenous Health.
