To complement our Physiotherapy consultations, we have recently commenced additional Pilates classes and introduced Coreworx for our male clients to meet the growing demands of clients with back pain, neck pain, postural conditions and poor flexibility and core strength. In today’s increasing sedentary society of people in the workforce or studying utilising computers, we are seeing an increase of spinal problems throughout all age groups.

Pilates is a full-body exercise system that emphasises core stability, body alignment and awareness. We offer both group classes for the experienced Pilates enthusiast & one-on-one classes tailored to your pace and needs.
Hydrotherapy is the union of aquatic exercises and physiotherapy. It is a therapeutic approach that uses aquatic exercises designed to aid in the rehabilitation of various conditions. Hydrotherapy can be useful in isolation or as part of physiotherapy management.
Fiona has worked in a number of different physiotherapy settings in Singapore and Australia, ranging from clinical practice, management and education. She enjoys an eclectic approach to treating musculoskeletal conditions and runs weekly pilates classes.
Carly started her career by completing an undergraduate degree in Myotherapy, before achieving her post graduate qualification in Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne.
Carly has a comprehensive knowlege and skill for biomechanical assessments and injury management and treatment in all sports, having worked with a variety of sporting teams ranging from hockey to soccer as wel as extensive work with Mixed Martial Arts fighters.
A former junior state level softballer, in her down time Carly now currently enjoys playing hockey and training Mixed Martial Arts. It is this background in sports that has driven her to pursue an interest in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal pain.
Specifically Carly excels in the treatment of lower back pain and shoulder injuries, utilizing her unique hands on treament techniques with exercise prescription and dry needling to acheive the best results possible for her patients.
Nick graduated from University Otago, New Zealand in 2005 and has worked in both public hospital and private clinic settings. With over 10 years of clinical experience and various involvements with different sports teams Nick has developed a strong interest in treating back, knee and ankle injuries.
A keen basketball player, Nick also enjoys working with athletes to achieve a successful return to sport after injury. Nick is in his last year of study in his post- graduate diploma in Sports Medicine and is fluent in Korean.
