What is a strength training?

We specifically designed our strength training classes for those aged 50 and over to increase muscular strength, mobility, balance, maintain and improve bone density and help you better manage diabetes and related conditions.

All Integrated Health Strength Training classes are run by fully qualified physiotherapists that understand how the body functions. This means you can have confidence and peace of mind when undertaking our classes that you’re going to get the appropriate training.

Strength training in over 50s is backed by successful research, meaning that every exercise we instruct the attendees to do as part of the class, is a refined process engineered to achieve a specific outcome.

We offer these classes at most of our Melbourne based clinics.
