Group training is a great way of motivating people to get involved in physical activity. Your employees will run, jump, squat, lift, pull and box their way to a new outlook on exercise! And best of all our trainer will take measurements pre and post program to evaluate individual and group results.
We typically conduct 3 MoveWise sessions per week (per group) at a designated time in your workplace. All sessions are conducted by a qualified trainer so you can be confident that your workers are in safe hands.
