Clinical Exercise classes have been shown to assist in the recovery from conditions like lower back pain, neck pain and is commonly used by athletes to improve athletic performance.

Our classes are designed to help restore you to full health. Prior to attending a class, your physiotherapist will conduct an assessment and design a program for you to maximise the benefits of the class.

  • How long do classes run for

    Our Clinical Exercise classes run 30-60minutes depending on the type of class.

  • What do I need to bring?

    Please bring a water bottle and towel.

  • What should I wear?

    Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing that allows you to move and stretch easily.

  • Do I need to bring a mat?

    Mats are supplied and all equipment such as foam rollers, resistance bands and fit-balls
